You can email notifications of form submissions to the form user, admin(s), or both. You can use Field Values from the form in the Email Field, Email Subject, and Email Message. You can use both Text, Markdown, and Field Values from the Form in the Email Message.
Send Email to Form User
In Designer > Page > Emails
In the Send Email to User section, enter the Email Field Value, a Subject, and a message
To create an email message
- Click the icon next to Body
- This will open a text editor where you can add and format your text
- To add Airtable field values in your text, click Add Field
- Click Add next to the field you want displayed
Send Email to Admin(s)
In Designer > Page > Emails
In the Send Email to Admins section, enter the Email address, a Subject, and a message. If you need to send to multiple email addresses, separate them with a comma.
To create an email message
- Click the icon next to Body
- This will open a text editor where you can add and format your text
- To add Airtable field values in your text, click Add Field
- Click Add next to the field you want displayed
