Change Field Status for Any Field Modified

If you need to watch any or all fields in your Update form for changes, then change another field’s status, you can do this with Conditional Logic.

To get started, you need to have 1 field that “is always true”. This could be a field that is not empty so that it always executes the task when the field triggers are updated.

One option is to create a Formula field in your base and set it to 1.

Using this example with a Formula field, you’ll then set up your Logic in On2Air Forms.

  • Add all your fields to the form
  • Add the Formula field to your form in On2Air Forms
  • Open the Logic and add all other form fields to the Triggers page
  • Go to the Conditions page and choose the Formula field true so that it performs the task.
