DOCUMENTATION IN PROGRESS

In this tutorial

However, here's how you'll set this up...

you should already have your Prospect linked record in the BOP Subform.

In your BOP linked record on the form, you'll want to open the Subform (click Manage Subform).

Add an On2Air Formula field with the Formula configuration being JOIN({parent.yourTrainingRepName})

(the new feature allows you to be able to see all Parent form fields in the Subform - they are labeled parent.yourFieldName)

This pulls in the Training Rep Name from your parent form into the Subform to be used for filtering.

Once you've done that, click the Prospect linked record - you'll use the Lookup Filter Configuration in this field - Click Match On Fields

This allows us to Match/Filter the Prospect field to another field

Click Select Fields

You'll choose the new Formula field that contains the Rep Name
