You can review On2Air Form errors for your forms and receive notifications for errors.

How to View Form Errors

• From your On2Air Forms dashboard, click App Errors in the side menu

• You will see the Form Source (Your Table in Airtable), Error Message, Type of Error, Error name, and Created At (when the error occurred)

• Click Details to see information about the Error

In this example, the Field Name of “Name” was missing which means the field was deleted

Configure Error Notifications

• From your On2Air Forms Dashboard, click App Errors

• Click Configure Notifications

• Enter your Email address and choose the Email Digest Interval of Daily, Hourly, Weekly, or Disabled. Then, click Save

How to Find Your Form ID

Each On2Air Form you create has a unique Form Code. You can find this is in several locations.

1. On your Form Details Page

2. On your main Forms Dashboard

3. On the Form Settings page
