In the Settings page of a form, you can view the form link, see the form ID, set the auto publish changes feature, and delete the form.

To delete a form
Find the Form Settings menu
Section titled “Find the Form Settings menu”- In the Form Designer, open the Settings menu

How to Find Your Unique Form ID
Section titled “How to Find Your Unique Form ID”Every Form you create has a unique Form ID.
To view the Form ID:
- Open the Form Designer in your form, and click the Settings menu
- View the ID next to Form ID
- Click the Form ID button to copy it to your clipboard

Share Internal Links in Form Designer
Section titled “Share Internal Links in Form Designer”For sharing a link to the Form Designer for internal users or support troubleshooting:
- Click on any menu in the Form Designer, then copy the URL from the browser

Share/View a Published Form (Live Form Link)
Section titled “Share/View a Published Form (Live Form Link)”You can view your live published form link
- Go to Settings
- Click Published Form
- Your form will open in a new tab

Enable/Disable Auto Publish Form Changes
Section titled “Enable/Disable Auto Publish Form Changes”You can set your form to ‘Auto Publish’ or ‘Staging’ - This feature is useful if you want to make changes to your form before auto-publishing the changes to a live form.
By default, auto-publishing is enabled, meaning any change you make will automatically be published immediately.
To disable auto-publish, click the green slider

Once you disable Auto-publish, you will see this bar with a Publish Changes button any time you make a change on your form

To delete a form
Section titled “To delete a form”- Go to Settings
- Click Delete Form
- Click Yes, I want to delete this form page
