- Determine if you need a Create Form or Update Form link
- Determine if you need to Include Prefills
- Click Copy Link
Embed Form
- Click Share Form
- Click Embed
- Click Copy Embed Code
- Paste the Embed Code into a an HTML or Code box
Embed Form with Dynamic URL Prefills
To use dynamic URL Prefills on an embedded form, you’ll need to use a special plugin, such as URL Params, or add custom code to your site.
Please note, we do not support or endorse any specific plugin and are only providing guidance to how to use URL Prefills when a form is embedded.
You can still use dynamic URL Prefills if you use the on2air.com form link with prefills
