Personal Information is where you can update your Company Name, First Name, Last Name, change your E-mail Address, change your Password, and enable Two-Factor Authentication

• Update Your Personal Information

• Enable Two-Factor Authentication

• Reset Two Factor Authentication

Update Your Personal Information

In the Settings app

• Click Personal Information
• Update desired fields
• Click Save Changes

Enable Two-Factor Authentication

To enable two-factor authentication, you will need to download an authenticator app on your phone, such as:

Google Authenticator - App Store or Google Play Store Microsoft Authenticator - App Store or Google Play Store

• Select Security in the Personal Information tab
• Click the toggle button on (green) to Enable Two-Factor Authentication
• A QR Code will be displayed
• Scan the QR Code with your Authenticator app
• Enter the 6 digit code displayed _ - You will have 20 seconds to enter the code_

To remove two-factor implementation

• Click the toggle button to turn off Two-Factor Authentication

Reset Two Factor Authentication

• You can reset your authentication by clicking Re-Implement
