In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to set up a filter on Linked Records to limit what records can be seen or chosen based on the previous field selection. This can also be known as Parent/Child Relationships.
Some examples include:
States and specific Cities in the State
Car Make to Car Model
Sales Rep to their specific Clients
In this example, we’ll show you how to limit Cities to specific States, so the form user can choose a State, then can only see Cities in that State.

Filter Example
You have a States linked record field and a Cities linked record field. You want the form user to choose a State, then limit the Cities displayed to only those in the chosen State.
Example: If the user chooses California, it limit the Cities field to only display Cities in California
