Section titled “📽 Video Tutorial”How to Set Up Your Form
Section titled “How to Set Up Your Form”- In the Record Create/Edit Options, set your form to either Update Existing Records Only or Create or Update Records

- Build your form with the fields you want on your form -
How to Create a Form with Airtable and On2Air Forms - Click Share Form
- Choose the Update option and choose Airtable Link/Button

- Copy the URL
How to Add the Button/Formula to Your Airtable Base
Section titled “How to Add the Button/Formula to Your Airtable Base”- Add a Button or Formula field to your table in Airtable that’s the same as the Form source
- Paste the formula into your Airtable formula field

- You’ll then see a dynamic URL created for every record in your table

- You can use this URL to share with others to update a record using the fields you added to your form
