What is a Backup?
A Backup is a copy of your data contained in your Airtable bases, tables, views, or attachments exported in a CSV or JSON format into your chosen storage platform.
How do I create Backups?

How many Backups can I have?
Choose the plan that works for you. Whether you need a single backup or multiple backups, we have pricing plans to fit your requirements.
How do I restore a backup to Airtable?
On2Air Backups is a service to provide you an additional backup of your Airtable data in a separate location and format other than Airtable. We send automated backups to your storage drive in CSV or JSON format, so you always have your data with you, no matter what happens.
To restore your base and data, you can reach out to an Airtable consultant in the Airtable Consultant Directory to help you manually restore your data.
While some companies who have an Airtable backups app offer an automatic backup restore option, the process in which they both backup and restore your data violates Airtable’s Terms of Service. We do not recommend their method.
Where can I export my data?
You can export your data to Google Drive, Dropbox, or Box.
