Re-connect all your connections, including Airtable and your Storage Drive
This one of the most common errors and the first step you should take to enable your backups again.
Your connection to Airtable or your storage drive has been disconnected, either due to Airtable’s OAuth connection or a change in permissions.
Here’s how to connect to each option:
How to Connect Airtable and On2Air via OAuth
Connect to Your Google Drive Account
Connect to Your Dropbox Account
Confirm permissions to Airtable bases
Confirm Permissions to Storage Drive and destination folders
Confirm enough Storage Space in Storage Drive
Confirm Storage Drive or Storage Drive Folder exists
If the storage drive folder no longer exists, it’s better to create a new Backup Project than to edit the existing Project
Stuck on Status - Attachments
Attachments take the longest to backup on your first backup, so you may see it stay in this status for quite some time.
Once your initial backup is complete, all other backups will process at a much faster rate.
On average, we can backup 10k - 15k attachments per day.
